一、聚氨酯轮的特点:
聚氨酯轮的弹性体具备耐磨耗、耐化学侵蚀、高强度、高弹性、耐低压、吸震性强、耐撕裂,耐辐射,高承载和减震缓冲等良好性能。聚氨酯轮具备优良的吸音特性,轮子在运动过程中不产生噪音,可达到静音效果。聚氨酯轮PU轮的这些特性,非常适合作为脚轮材料。
二、聚氨酯轮加工方法:
1、聚氨酯轮弹性体也能跟通用橡胶一样采取塑炼、混炼、硫化工艺成型;
2、聚氨酯轮还能够制成液体橡胶,浇注模压成型或喷涂、灌封、离心成型;
3、聚氨酯轮既可与普通塑料一样,用注射、挤出、压延、吹塑等工艺成型;
